My g/f bought me new tires for my 200x.
I swapped them, and when putting the front rim back on, I had it tipped up on its back side for a little while, not all that long.
Now she wont start, the plug had gas on it and was damn near on its way out anyway, so I got a new plug today.............nothing.
So I now have a beautiful 86 200x lawn decoration, with brand new tires all the way around.
I'm the only person in the world that changes tires, and in exchange loses a motor.

It sounds like from having it sit on the rear grab bar, that the float in the carb leaked gas into the airbox, then when you put it back down it all flowed into the engine and flooded it. I would try taken the spark plug out and holding the throttle wide open and kicking it over a bunch of times, then put the plug back in and see if it will start. Thats just my two cents.
put the old tires back on.

^^^hahahaha i loled, but seriously do what old yello suggested and you didnt specify if you were getting spark, my way of completly unflooding an engine is holding a match to the spark plug hole without the plug in it works but scares the hell out of me every time

one thing that may help , after you clear it out with the plug out a bunch of times, try heating the tip of the plug with a torch. this has helped me many times when my bike was flooded

Like Old Yellow said above, your air filter may be saturated with gas, and in turn it may be flooding it for lack of air, choking itself. Try it without the air filter for a few kicks. Give it a shot of ether, and that will get it going. When you tilt them back like that, isn't there a pool of oil the cam lobes run in. If you tip it back, it may drain that out. That doesn't affect starting, but it may cause premature wear.

I've been riding hondas since I could get my hands on one, I heated the plug up, scuffed it up with sand paper, all the old tricks.
I'll check the air filter in the am:(

I yet again forgot to mention that I do have spark, and damn near fell off the @#$%%$^# thing finding out. I fogot how unpleasant that feels.
Normally you ask someone else to hold the plug againts the jug, but I didn't have any victims any where near by. I figured ahh, I got this, how hard could it be? tHold this here, swing my leg over and kick with out getting shocked and still see if it sparks.
Lets just say it does have spark, and harder than I thought.
air, fuel, spark. If you have all 3 the trike should run. You've eliminated spark.
is it getting fuel for sure? You didnt turn the gas off and forget to turn it back on didja? Killswitch, did you check the kill switch?
AND - most IMPORTANT - did you try putting the old tires back on? I think thats the KEY part of this mystery.

I hold a lighter against the plug hole and crank it over, burns the fuel right out.
