what honda hubs fit the 86 tecate?

I have heard rumors that certain honda hubs will fit the 86 tecate. I would love to know for sure. it would save me some $$$$ not having to buy several sets of tires for the two brands.

Honda 250X or 300EX hubs that are sloppy on the Honda axle will fit tightly on the Tecate axle.

I have a set of 400ex hubs that fit very very tight on the tecate axle but if you put them on it, they going to be hard to get off hehe.

I'd get a snug fitting one and put some very thick black grease on there and she'll come off in the future.....

Are they the same spline count yet off 1MM or something on the inside diameter??

I think that's what it is, Steve. I've never seen it done in person, but if memory serves me correctly that's the deal.
