need seriuos help, carb adjustment, crank case, oil, 84'yamaha 125

Ok, maybe i need to be in more depth about this thing. Just got it at decent price, it kinda runs. I knowlittle to nothing about fixing them, but would like to learn. I think it just needs a carb adjustment, and i have questions on the best oil to put in it for best performance. Can anyone help? Please.
