I just bought some AMSOIL 2 cycle synthetic race oil, and it recommends to be mixed at 50:1 only or injected. Now I run my bike at 32:1, do you think I could get away without re-jetting for the 50:1? and will my 250R last as long on 50:1 with this special oil?

From my knowledge you shouldn't have to rejet and you should be fine running 50:1 with the Amsoil.

u will be fine running that ratio without rejetting. and yes it will last just as long my freind has an R and his lasted longer running the amsoil 50:1 then it did when he ran 32:1. you will have the same amount of lunrication b/c the oil is meant to be mixed at that. if u really wanted to u could run amsoil racing 100:1 and be fine my freind did it when he didnt have ne 50:1 racing

It'll probably last longer with a good synthetic at 50:1. I believe mine do. However it is my opinion that you may or may not have to adjust carburetion. This is why its good idea to carburate to a specific mixture and stick with it rather than use a different mixture each time you fill the gas can as some guys do, and then figure out why they cant get their carb dialed in. Id switch, and check your plug frequently, and if you need to chnage a jet size, do it.
