Hello
As some people might know, I have bought my first trike (yay) and am new to the board and all.
I bought the trike for 200 bucks, the back tires dont match, and the one has a hole in it larger then my hand, lol. I am gettin new tires for it hopefully tommorow or thursday. I pulled the carb off, it is IMMACULATE!! brand new! it also has a brand new piston and valves in it, I only got it so cheap cuz the person i bought it off, the guy that owned it died so i got it off his wife cheap.
I adjusted the carb today after work, and just gave it one pull with choke, and what do you know, she fired right up, first pull! but, the timin is still off, and I am pretty sure I need new back bearings, cuz its up on a jack, and I can move the back axle around like none other, only a bit though, lol.
Does anyone know what I should do to make this machine worth some coin? I am hopefully going to just ride it this summer, and then in the winter re paint and some mechanic work then sell it in the spring, maybe a different muffler too.
Also, would a 250SX be any different besides speed and a rear suspension? This guy's nephew has one, I think he may sell it for about 800 - 1000 dollars. Canadian eh?
Thansk for all your input and ideas, I am new to triking and want to make the most out of it.
Curtis
