Well here is my 1985 Honda 250es Big Red, its mint i couldn't clean it up at a 100% for the reason that water freeze. We bought it a couple of years ago, and we didn't do a thing the original owner had it in a shed and it just pretty much sat there!

Nice looking trike! I know what you mean about cleaning the trike in the winter, at least they don't get as dirty once the mud freezes.

oh, do you mind making the pictures in your signature a lot smaller, it will take forever to load pages with pictures that big, and the threads get very long too. I think there is a suggested size limit somewhere (or maybe it is a rule, don't remember).

I picked this one up a few months, the poor guy couldnt get it running, so I got it for 900.00. I do ride it, so I removed the side protectors, and mudflaps, so they wouldnt get wrecked. Lots of good that did, because on my last ride she wound up upside down, resulting in a cracked rear fender:mad:    , I was pissed to say the least. Guy has it 25 years, and its perfect, I have it 3 months, and the fenders cracked. Plan on buying a new oem for it, I think there about 160.00 per side. After the initial shock, the ride was awsome!! She's not detailed up, but you can see how mint it is.

I bought her a 250ES 1986 and she love it.
Now, when she see a trike, she is able to tell the mark, model, size and most of the time, the year of that trike.... yes she is my girl...

Here a pic of her on a hunting trip.

PS.. every tine i buy one, she is buying a pair of shoes..... and beleave me, she does.

You don't need a lot of cash to buy trikes.
I don't drink.
I don't smoke.
I don't go out.
And i prefer having an old car and put the $$$$ on trikes.:Bounce :Bounce

I know this isn't a 250 but they weren't making em in 1980. But here is my first trike i rode when I was a kid (and still do). It's the original big red! Old school with the chrome handle bars, round metal headlight, and manual reverse.

I realize this thread is over two years old, however thought it was worthy of review for those who haven't seen atcquebec's "museum." It is simply aww-inspiring. I would have never thought that someone would have a personal collection of trikes like this...well done!

Had the red's out in our recent snow. Love my Big reds but hated those "gator" 6ply mud tires so much I traded the entire trike to my buddy for his 125M with real 2 ply balloon tires! Plus I didn't have a 125M.;)

sweet 84 beerside! the one i picked up off fabio awhile back is probably similar in usage, but you can see the difference in the storage technique, and the so cal to north east climate!
