83-84 200m axle

ok so i got a 200m front end for my 81 200 and the problem is my axle is too short by about an inch and a half so i was wondering is the 200m axle the same width as the 81 200 axle.
because im running 200m forks,200 brake, 200 hub+wheel:confused:

The 200 and 200m front axles won't be the same width because the 200 has solid forks while the 200m has front suspension. Axles from trikes with front suspension are going to be wider if I remember correctly.

hmmm cause i was looking and the axle screws into one side of the fork and the 200 axel is like not even a milli meter difference and on the diagram for the 200m axle where it bolts into the fork its bigger then the actual axle...

EDIT; if anyone has a 200m axle where they can measure the width it would be great!
