Well, the general consensus is I need a larger main jet for the 250SX running a Cobra exhaust. So I called the carburetorwarehouse and they said that it's an OEM stock carb and they can't help. He suggested using the next larger sized but numerically smaller index size drill and try it. Sounds fine to me, anybody done something similal with success? He said he thought a 136 or 138 main would do the trick - hmmm, - the 350X stock carb has a 138 main jet Keihin and I believe it fits the SX carb body.
Of course I'll remove it prior to drilling or I'td be real lean once the chips got jammed in there!
