Front wheel size 250r's

I know there is a size difference in the REAR wheels from 2nd gen r's to
3rd gen r's, but what about the fronts?.

i dont hink so i myself have a 84 250r and the tire size is a 23.5 8 x 11 or maybe its 11x8 idk but its the opposite from my rear tire
