What am i doing wrong? Ive drained the old gas and oil and put new in, cleaned the carb, cleaned the air filter, and put a new spark plug in....Is there something else i should do to make this run??? (there is spark and compression)

Push start it down a hill, or pull it with a truck or an other quad.
My ytm-200e had been stalled for a couple of month one time, finally I pushed it with a tractor and it started right up.

pull it on pavement for good traction, and start in neutral and put it in 1st when up to speed, really make sure you put weight on the rear wheels and possible hold the throttle 1/4 throttle

are you sure all the jets are cleaned out well?, and are you sure your pet cock is not plugged?

Or just have someone on it holding the gear selector in the up or down position as thats neutral....then just release it into gear at speed. You might have a blocked fuel line somewhere. Spray start fluid into carb and see if it fires...if so then trailprotrailpro fuel line or fuel filter in the petcock is clogged

there is 2 filters on the other end of petcock- the chance that they are clogged would prolly be kinda rare, i would think your float is oughtta whack, your needle is gettn stuck- or have you looked over your choke cable? to see if there is any major splitting?... that will hang the cable up inside, so you may be flooding the engine... not too sure- i will check back later
