86 t3 waterpump impeller ???

wondering if an 85 water pump impeller and shaft will work on the 86 model?

I checked Bikebandit.com for the parts numbers across from the 85 to the 86.
The impeller is the same part number for both 85 and 86 But the shaft has a different part number for both.
