When you all paint your frame / accessories, what color black do you use? Gloss, Flat, or Semi Gloss?
Also does anyone know what color gold matches perfectly for the wheels on a black and gold 225DX/DR?

I prefer a gloss finish in a 2 pack on most bits and pieces.
On the engine I use spray can engine enamal........

depends on how good you are at it, flat is the easiest to paint with, semi-is not too hard, but gloss, you can get runs very easily. The rest is up to you how you want it to look.

I'm redoing a YTM 200 with spray cans. I used Rustoleum gloss black on the frame. I wire wheeled the engine, the sides of it will be painted with Duplicolor low gloss black engine enamel. I will use Rustoleum Silver on the rims, when I get that far. Maybe Rustoleum gold would match for your rims.
