anyone use these bolt kits?

I found these on ebay and have never seem bolt kits from this guy. has anyone bought one of these. cheaper than the other guy.

Ive never used them .......but look at the persons feedback b-4 considering purchasing from them.
i have dealt quite a bit on Ebay and to me good or positive feedback means alot to me!
Just my thoughts!
