Also get a razor knife, plastic squeegee or credit card and Heat gun.
Heating the vinyl makes it super easy to stretch and form to compound curves. also start at the bottom work your way up, like shingles when overlaying pieces

Also it dosen't have to be camo. I mean you can get solid color sheets so if you just wanted to change the color of a bike.
Any modern sign shop can print a camo pattern or sell you solid colors.
