I’ve been looking to get a trailer to tow behind my trike, primarily for moving fill around the property. My back is getting pretty tired of hauling the wheel barrow. My local motorsports shop can get me a polar trailer, I could only find one review when I googled it, anyone have any suggestions / input?

That looks like it would be a great one to have. I have one, it doesn't dump like that, but is quite a bit deeper. I love it, I use it mostly to haul kids around (they love it) but I've used for everything from gravel to fire wood and trash. I would never get rid of mine, they sure come in handy. Its in the back ground on this pic.

Make one. Here is one I made to tow behind my BR. I made it so the wheels are the same width as the wheels on the BR are. The back comes off. I haul fire wood, yard waste, gravel, etc. You can buy them cheaper but that one that is mention won't hold up like this one.

i just use your typical lawn mower tow behind trailer. back slides out, has the dump feature. holds a good amount of stuff and been using it for years with no problem.

sorta like this one.

I'd do the lady on the lawn tractor

I would think those $88 red ones they sell at walmart would work pretty good. Although I think one that uses atv tires would be a bit better. Escpecially if your towing your camping gear or whatnot into the woods.

This is what i use, homemade aluminum trailer:

No tipping option on it my so far it has only been used for hauling tree plants out into the forrest, tool and fuel carrier.

And its sturdy enough that my father have tried riding on it.

I used my lawn tractor trailer and it works great with the trikes. But it isnt the strongest thing in the world so its not meant for really heavy stuff. Harbor frieght has some nice trailers that would be good for a trike.

I can fill this trailer with trikes and haul it with the Big Red. Not very practical, but very fun.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I was thinking about building an aluminum one down the road, but I have to get a shop built before I get going on that kinda project. I was thinking about cheaper options for the short term, I’ll have to head over to Walmart and check the carts out. I was also looking at this one for the immediate future.

I have a bigger utility trailer coming – 7x12 to pull the trikes and sled, but I didn’t know if the Big Red could handle it, so thanks for the note bigboytoy85 and Keister. I still think I might have troubles maneuvering a big trailer where I need to take it. I’m headed to the city this weekend, so I’ll have some more options at places to look.

check out tractorsupply.com and search for gorilla. they have a couple of carts that are pretty heavy duty. the one with the plastic "tub" is a dump model, and is really strong. My buddy has one and he pulls it around the ranch with the truck, just drops the handle over the ball.

this one is about $160 clicky (http://www.tractorsupply.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay_10551_10001_101448_-1______?rFlag=true&cFlag=1)

I ended up getting an inexpensive steel dumping trailer from the local tractor shop ($200). They had a Chinese model for cheaper, but it was pretty flimsy, so I picked up the USA built which seems a bit sturdier. I’ll post a pix later once I get it up and running. I decided to go cheap as I’m hoping to pick up a Honda 70 this weekend!!
