i was wondering if it was possoible to put a 250 big red engines into a atc 185 witout any major moifications

Nope - sorry - Big red 250 is shaft drive - 185 is chain - nothing easy about that engine swap!

any other bigger engines.. need the power i go hunting on this with 2 ppl and treestand and in the snow i have to drive in 2 gear or it will bogg down. a pain

200 is probably as big as you can go. Not sure if it's worth the hassle.

you can put a 200s motor in it, or you can get a better cam, performance pipe, jet kit, high compression piston.... the list goes on theres alot of things to do to get more power

You could put a 200x, xl/xr 185 or 200. hey require some work but not a whole lot. Put the xr motor in a 200s I had.

It would be better to just get another machine for hauling 2 people plus gear.

your far better off selling your 185 and getting a 250 big red for your needs. it has reverse too! a good running 250es is about $1000 or so. a performance top end rebuild for your 185/200 is about $650+ sell your bike for liek $350-$400 (unless it's in really good shape then u can ask more) and spend the $ on a big red instead.

ya i bought a cheap 4 wheeler and now just goin to mess around on 3 wheeler from time to time
