hello. my cam chain fell off about a week ago im pretty sure my bike has no compression what so ever when i pull it over the peice inside just spins n spins.
i was warned when i bought it that the cam chain was stretched and would fall off in time.
so now onto the question how hard is it to replace the cam chain for somebody with no experience and can anyone instruct me? thanx

If your cam chain came off, then your valves most likely got bent....
If your motor was so worn out as to lose a cam chain, I think you'll find bigger problems that just the cam chain.
You need a shop repair manual and then you can take it apart and measure / inspect things to see whats up.
Doesn't sound good though bud...............

when i bought it i knew that the cam chain was loose its not that the engine was wore it was just a used cam chain to begin with and it was stretched it lasted a good month of riding untill i started her up one day and i heard a weird noise so i shut it off then checked a few parts on my bike then pulled her over again didnt make the noise so i slowly put her into 1st gear and slowly drove away then it just shut down and lost all compression

Why ride it with a known worn cam chain? :wondering
It has to be torn apart either way, but now it is going to cost you more.
