I am working on both a 84 200s and a 87 200x. I need to replace all the lines going into and out of the carb on both trikes. I thought they were all standard 1/4" lines, but that is apparently NOT the case.

What are you using for fuel lines and what is the size??

Thanks,
DrSung

I just replaced mine with 1/4" Goodyear Fuel Injection Hose. The parts guy said it was the best they had. -29 to 275 °F. It was expensive though.

Another fuel related question...

When loading the trike with the front tire resting on the tailgate of my truck is gas supposed to pour out of the overflow tube on the carburetor??

It will if you dont shut off the fuel because it overflows the float bowl.

I sometimes stand my 200X up in the back of the truck so I can get a nother bike in the truck. If I dont turn off the fuel and drain the carb fuel will run out.

From Honda Ulster... Figure out what size it is. The use it on something modern im sure...

For example. I needed a differential vent hose for a 250SX. It was like $30 something bucks. I bought one for a Foreman ES that was half the price. Different part number. And it was longer! Go figure.
