It should. I always liked the analog meters, but I know of a few with those on their bikes. Cant vouch for being accurate though.
be careful on where you attach the temp sensor, should mount it in a place thats free of being hit and also isnt too close to the cylinder.

Pretty much anything with a dial. I got mine on eBay and used the temp gauge from the ninja 500 radiator for a setup on my FL350

the one in the auction states ....
Our engine temperature gauge will fit almost any liquid cooled BATTERY OPERATED atv or motorcycle with standard 7/8" dia handlebars and standard 3/4" id dia radiator hose. Some older non battery operated ignition systems can interefere with the temperature gauge and cause it to malfunction.
no battery on a t3, unless you some how figure a way to mount one just for the gauge.
