oem tires getting the cut!!/ update!!

I just spent a few hours trying to locate tires for my 83200e. I was looking for the dunlop kt325 which is a direct copy of the discontinued ohstu. Turns out they might have discontinued the dunlops too. Most sites that list them, dont actually have them anymore. I couldnt get any diffinitive answer because it was so late on a friday most places were closed. I'll find out for sure and post it up! I've also heard its becoming increasingly hard to find the kt576 250r/350x front replacement. ther is definately truth to this, as alot of places dont list the fronts, just the kt577a which are the matching rears.
In a few years it will be impossible to find these tires, so if you got any restores planned you better get your tires!!

When you get any info on the 83 200e tires, please post the info here or PM me. I am just starting to put my 83 back together after being laid up for the past two months and will be looking for tires. I tried my Honda dealer the other day and was told the same thing. I would like to find something as close to orginal as possible.

just recieved an email from dunlop, they confirmed that the kt325 for the 83-84 bigred has been discontinued!! If you need them better find them now.

Just an update, got a call from where I ordered the tires, they had 7 kt325's for the bigred in stock, but could not come up with the kt576 front for the 250r/350x.
:mad: so i had them add another kt325 to the order just so i could still get the free shipping. That leaves 3 left if anyone needs them, when there gone there gone!! anyone know where to still get the kt576?
