Ok so i've complaining about the starting issues on my 85 SX, and i know its tuned really rich. Here's a plug that i put in new and road on for a couple hours the other night, it was not flooded to the point it wouldn't start, and wasn't saturated when i took it out.

Can i adjust the needle valve to fix this quick and easy by leaning it out? I have a stock air filter at this point, i need to dig a K&N or something. I'm home from work today so i may try to take the carb off and clean it and i have a spare 83-85 200x air filter i'm gonna try to see if it will work itself out.

Thanks in advance you any help, TC...

Drop the needle (raise the clip) one notch and see how much that helps.
