Hey just got a trizinger, i took it apart and cleaned it up real nice then put it back together(didnt run when i got it), i cleaned the carb, it has gas, air, and great spark. any ideas? oh i and i premix

The only thing you dident mention a motor needs to run is compression might check that

i dont have the tool, but the piston and rings look great, it sounds good when i turn it over and it pushes air out of the exhuast

will a pw 50 front fender fit the trizinger?

put your finger over the hole of the spark plug (with the spark plug removed obviously) and turn it over a couple of times, it should blow your finger out of the hole.

When you took it apart, you didn't mess with the timing did you?
You say it looks good, How good? Like new good, or not damaged good. whoever did it before may have never been able to get it to start?
If so, they may have the timing 180 degrees off or something silly.

Did you try starting fluid or dumping a little gas down the spark plug hole. Also do you got the haynes repair manual?

did you adjust the idling screw right.if it screwed tight it wont start

Hey, Trimotoman its says to set the air screw to two turns from closed.By the way leevarnado I think you meant air screw not the idling screw.

i realized about the air screw i turned it like 5 times so im gonna go redo that, then i'll try the finger thing, and the guy who had it before me said it ran 5 years ago, the piston doesnt look brand new but it doesnt look damaged. thanks for all the help!

i meant the throttle adjust screw,sorry i called it the idle screw.

it runs awesome now!!!, i rode it around in the snow, it huals trailprotrailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro fir how small it is
