Can anyone please tell me what brand these plastic tanks they put on the ATC185s are? A part # might be useful, going to see if I can track one down in Aussie...

It's probably a Clarke or maybe an IMS aftermarket tank.

looks like a IMS to me but i'm not positive. for one i did not know they (IMS) made one foe a 185s. but the gas cap clearly looks like IMS. clarke has a differant style gas cap. there is one other company that makes them but i'm not sure who they are.

Thanks, Ive asked at local shop, even called my old boss, but he said he knows nobody on earth that does them.

If I can hit him with a make and model # I MIGHT stand a chance

Clarke still makes them, don't know about IMS. They are $135 straight from Clarke

IMS has them. the last link in my post takes you right to their page with the part number and price. It may take the page a little bit to completely load up.

pn: 122212 price $225. :shock: With that being said, I'd rather have the clarke myself!!

Thanks people, remember one thing.

What costs you $100 costs me $200 and some of the freight costs Ive had from people on second hand things are scareyl

EG, second hand pipe, $50us postage, thats $100au! the pipe was $10us ($20au)!!

Ok, Ive mailed Clarke to scare the all the colors of shiat out of me for freight!
