What parts do you need polished?

Yea, what parts? I've done a lot. It's not too difficult with the right tools.

Yeah, I can do flat pieces with my dremel, but I want my cylinder and head polished. It's an 82R so it has fins. lol It will be a pain in the butt. Any takers? What price?

Not to highjack your thread but I'd love to find someone who could polish my cases and cylinder for my 85 Tecate as well.

there is no quick way, and the right tools and preperation is crucial for a decent job. you should send it to gking if you want a professional job

Screw that!! Read up and figure out how to polish your own chit! The friggin shipping alone will run ya 20$ or better....

Half the time incompetent meatheads are rebuilding top ends and breaking clutch baskets trying to change a clutch......

This is polishing, not rocket science..... Not mechanical in the least and doesn't require a manual either :D

Invest in a few tools and you'll get a good quality finish. Which may not be entirely "professional" but in time it will be.

Thats why I started powder coating my own crap - why give my money away for a simple procedure!!

When I had my 81 250r I wanted a little more bling also but I thought polishing the head and jug would be a big pain so I just sanded the edges of the fins and left the rest painted it looked good for the little effort it took.
