carb settings for 1982 ATC 110 - help!!

What is the factory idle screw settings for a 1982 ATC 110?? I can't get mine runnning and I've checked the spark (great, fat blue spark), and compression (good compression) so now i'm on to the carb. It was overhauled so I looked in my manual to find the factory settings, but all it gave me was the pilot screw, which I set correct. For the idle screw it said to get the atc running, but guess what? it won't run!! :) :) So, if anyone knows the factory idle screw setting, please post it. Thanks a bunch!! :D

valve clearance /both .07mm
plug gap .6-.7mm

the spec sheet says
jet needle groove position 3rd
idle speed 1700rpm
pilot screw setting 83: 1-1/8 turns out
84,85: 1-1/4 turns out

I have a 82 110 that I am about to start working on. It will crank but no idol. Betting on carb because adjusting the idol screw does nothing to the idol. If anyone else is reading this, what do you think about this? Does this mean that the idol jet is probably clogged but the pilot/main fuel screw is ok which allows it to run if you give gas with the throttle. To clear that up. Cranks one pull, runs as long as you give it gas. Zero idol. (new plug and wire, dirty fuel filter i will be changing, but i don't think that would cause it).

Did you try and spray some starting fluid in the carb to make sure it is not a fuel problem? Did you check and make sure you have gas to the carb? As far as idle screw, lightly turn it in until it stops and then open it up 4 turns. Start from there. There is no idle screw starting point in the Honda manual. You have to make sure you have fuel to the carb though.

fredricks, there is also a fuel screen behind the fuel selector. Check to see if that is clogged. You want to check all the easy things before you tear into your carb. You get to that by undoing the 2 screws at the fuel tap, just make sure your tank is empty or you pinch off the 2 fuel lines leading into the fuel tap or you'll have fuel everywhere.

Sounds like your float needle is stuck. Usually you can find one of the vents on your carb to put a line on and blow through to free it. Or you could spray some carb cleaner in it. Once it's running it usually won't stick.

You open the float bowl drain to see if any fuel is coming out?

Spark plug is wet, you can smell gas in tail pipe?
