Frozen Petcock

Anyone ever had this problem before won't let gas through this must mean there is water in my gas right?

Hairdryer, then take it apart and clean it and it's screen or tube with carb cleaner..........

Not only that but there was like 2 inches of slush in the gas tank I'm gonna have to get some gas line anti-freeze I think.
