I was jetting one of my air colled R's today and after checking my plug it's red. WTF?

that's a new one... what premix oil do you run? and gear oil? how does the fuel look? not rusty is it? take a pic of the plug if you can I guess. HH

The only time my plug was ever red was when I ran octane booster.

yes i had the same problem when i ran high test octane with octane boost in my sx. The performance was nice but my plug didnt like it. I had a thread on here a while back ago. there is a technical name for it but i cant remember.

I was using VP red.
