Thats because there isn't a 75'. They made a 73 and a 74......then made a 78 thru 85. The 73 and 74 where major different, then the 78's thru 85 were the same. Other than the 78/79/80/81's had a three speed and the 82/83/84/85's had a four speed. Oh and they added a parking brake in 83. Plus they added a handle bar pad in I think 83 or 84. And in 85 the shift pattern was oppisite of all other 70's, went up instead of down. And in 85 they offered extra "mud flaps" as an option to the rear fenders. And of cousre all the different years have there own fuel tank stickers, and I almost forgot in I think 80? they added a vented on/off fuel tank cap. But the 75??????????????????????????????? I don't think it was ever made, but I could be wrong???????????????I've read in various places about a "test" "prodo-type" atc 50 Honda was play'in around with back in the day, but it never went into production? I think it was a smaller "safer"(yea right) version of the 70. Same tranny as the 70 and alot of the same running gear, but just a 50, which makes a ton of sence. think of how many Z50's were being made. But the power/torqe issues off rode???? That may have been part of the problem?

My 82 70 is 4 speed and shifts all down?? I've owned it since 82.

I agree there was no 75-77 ATC-70. I'd venture to say the rarest 70 of all is the blue one. I'm not sure what year or years it was offered.

That is a '75 ATC 90 in that brochure with the 70 alright. They sold ATC 70's new in Australia in 1975. Never seen a blue 70 though. The shift pattern was always down on the 70's till the later models. Harder for a kid to bump it into gear.

I should have been more specific. Sorry, they never sold in the USA in 75. But in 85 it was the opposite from all other years, up. The 1983 blue 70 isn't crazy rare, but finding one with a factory installed headlight, swicth, mounting braket, wire harness and taillight, now that is worth more than the bike. They were not dealer installed either. And your 82 should be a four speed.

Just for the record, I'm not sure, but I think those "75's" were actually '74 k1's, and it was just a none US import issue? I did some checking and all the vin#'s frame and engines and service manuels, etc.....all seem to point at 1974? But not sure. Maybe a Honda God could shed some light on this?
