Hi guys,
Been a while since this gal has been on the site. I have a Honda 200s that I am fixing up. The motor runs great and I bought some original plastic fenders off ebay, so the trike is really shaping up. I was thinking of buying the GOKI electric start kit for it, since I am too small and weak to pull the starter string (I am only 5' tall and 110#). Has anyone used this gadget? It's almost 300 bucks for the kit, which would be well worth the $$$ if it works. I am SO tired of asking my boyfriend to start it up for me!

For an aftermarket it'll work, just make sure it starts on 1-2 pulls(tuned up) or it'll drain the batt. Beets

if my wife cann't start her 185s when i'm done, she don't get to ride it. :P decompression levers work wonders. ;)

Oscarmayer, you'd better hope your wife doesn't read that... or you will be eating lots of BOLOGNA sandwiches... I hope you know how to cook! ;)

It worked OK but, If you tried to start it on the compression stroke it would lock up. On a 200s like yours it might work OK with the decompression lever.

I put one on my wife's Auto-X as well - really easy to install. I think it is worth it. But it does drain the battery often - so if you don;t have a charger - you'll need to buy one of them also.

They work descent if you have the decompression working. Other wise as stated it will stop itself in its tracks on the compression stroke.
