How much is it to get a frame powdercoated (200x)?
And how much to get it sand blasted?

Same with small parts (hubs, calipers, etc.)

Any places that do shipping?

I know a guy that does any atv/atc frame for $175. that is frame, any parts you want that are on it. He can bead blast it for a small fee, but prefers that you do it. I can also bead blast it if you want me to for $20.00 Not sure what shipping would be, we are in Kansas.
Also, dont sand blast it.. Sand makes to big of pores and you have to sand it a little by hand. Bead, glass or media blasting is best, and use small material.

holy crap $22???? give me the number to this place. do u think they'd do some small parts for me? i think i'm just going to rattle can my frame, cuz i dont want to put too much money into this, since after this project i'll be ready to move on to the big boys, 350x or 250r and sink some real money into that.

Is that 22.50 to blast or to Powedercoat?

I am having mine done right now. It is going to run $250. That is blasting, powdercoating and doing the same to a ton of small parts. I think it is a good deal. That is also doing it in Red Candy Chrome. I will post some pics when I get it back next week.

Looks like my post gott wiped so I will post again. I would strongly recommend powdercoating over painting. I just had my 350x done and it is awesome stuff. It cost $250 for the frame swingarm and some other small parts. That included the sandblasting. you can see it at:
