So I do alot of trail ridding in the sand and like to turn but also have good hook up. What tap of sand tire from these should I run.

I always figure, the wider the better. Less likely to sink in because of a wider footprint. I'd go with the one on the far right. I run nobbies on my dune adventures and rarely sink in because of the wide footprint.

Far right and you wont be turning.
I had these paddle brats on last trip to OK.

They work GREAT in a straight line, thats what their intended for. In the trails I had to CRAWL, go really slow just so I wouldnt shot off into the brush. My Tri-Z just wouldnt turn with um.
Between the three, I would go with the Gecko's on the left. The tire in the middle has a good pattern, but its a little on the small size. I have ran the tires on the left, did pretty decent as far as manuverablity.

straight ones hook so much better... none of them turn great... if you have problems turning in the tight trails scoot up on the tank and lower the front air pressure...

I've tried straight paddles and Aerospeeds and these STU mini desert traks. If you want an all around tire that hooks well, turns easy under power, slides, and rides smooth in the harder or wet sand the only choice is the Desert traks

The desert tracs are a great all around dune tire.

I personally have had the paddle you show on the far left, and can tell you on my 350x, they hooked up well and turned very easily. The only problem I had, was I wanted to be able to roost my brothers on the dunes, and they would not throw that much sand. Now the haulers, paddles on the far right, they throw a good roost behind you regardless of going straight or turning. The haulers are much harder to make turns, but when you nail it out of the hole, you will throw some sand! As for hooking up, well you need to be sure they are mounted on the rim the same, otherwise they will give you a wobble as you leave the line or punch it. Some people like this, others don't. I don't so I be sure to mount my own tires. Now, another factor to consider is how you use the bike, if you drag race, then you want the straight padlles, but if you play, as you indicated, you will want the paddle with a V pattern to it.
As for the footprint, this is also a personal decision, the wider tires do tend to have a great footing, however the taller one also acts like a taller gear, letting you gain more top end.
bottom line, trial and error, all depends on what you care for.
Oh, one more thing, the tire they showed from sand tires unlimited are really great if you are in a area that has both hard pack and soft sand. They will last much longer and run very smooth. The haulers are the exact oposite, horrible on hard surface and shake the hell out of you no matter where you are. If you are an old fart like me, you tend to have to stop and pee way more than with knobbies ;)
