Looking for Tecate speed calculator [Archive]

There was a thread that had a way to calculate the speed of your tgecate. What size tires and sprockets. I have been unable to find this thread. Anyone know where it is?

Wouldn't it work for any model??

Engine RPM , the sprocket ratios and tire sizes....

Why would it matter what motor it was or what model it came from??

Edit- My bad?? Were you looking for the speeds of each individual gear? How do you know when your gears RPM is tached out??

Edit- My bad?? Were you looking for the speeds of each individual gear? How do you know when your gears RPM is tached out??

Not every countershaft is spinning at the same speed. Some machines have different gearing right off the crank.
