honda atc 125 aquisition

Hey a friend of a fried is giving me a honda 125 trike i will pic it up this weekend
he said he thinks its an 83 but they werent made in 83 ? or am i wrong?
i dont know anything about these trikes? 8 speeds? reverse? elec.start?:confused:

They have the hi/low range and are electric start. The only ones that have reverse are the 86's and 87's, but they didn't have the low range.

picked it up today needs front fender headlight chain good cleaning pullstart rebuilt tank creamed tires brake cables ect.ect.
