I bought some sort of aftermarket plastic tank for my 110. It slides on the front rubber pieces and in the rear, I had to a make a strap to attach it to the frame. It doesn't have any manufacturer or marking on it. the fuel output is done with two holes that are in the tank itself, a rubber washer and a brass piece that goes through it and hooks up to the fuel line.

I bought a cap that "Fit" in the store (when I picked up the tank) but if leaks out the top.

Does anyone know a way to make it work, or if there is a universal gas cap?

The tank is red, the rear simply had two threaded holes, and then the two holes for the fuel line out, one on each side of the tank. Looks like it should go on a bigger machine (I am assuming you could ride this for about a month before needing to refuel). Any guesses on the tank id?

sounds like the tank is a clarke, there the only ones i know make a tank for the 110, is the cap leaking around the threads? if it's not and still leaks its probably because it has a vented cap, all atc's have to have a vented cap to run to let air in.

The cap is vented, and it is leaking around the threads. I will try and get a picture of it. It does not say clarke, and does not look like anything they have on thier site. I don't think it is designed for the 110.

post some pics, sounds like you are missing a rubber gasket in the cap.
