Wiseco piston, Web cam cam shaft, and harden the rockers. Buy a carb and intake off an xr 200, and put a pipe on it. That will make it run nice and keep you in budget if you search around for parts. Powrol will not keep you in your budget.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY HARDEN THE ROCKERS
When you run a big cam with heavier springs in the valves you create more friction. The rocker pads(part that rides on the cam lobe) are the weakest part of the link between the cam and valve, so you send them to Web cams and they hard weld them and regrind them to the right profile. This will keep them from wearing out prematurely.
