Rich or lean?

My ATC200 is acting weird. When the wheeler is in a bind and I give it throttle it tries to die. It seams to only do it under a load. The bowl on the carb is full of fuel. Any ideas?

Just try to clean out the carb first because there just may be dirt in your jets causing a slight lack of fuel causing this. As for running rich or lean pull the plug and check it. I did that last week, but probably need to do it again. I didn't have the right solvent last time.
