My head light dosent work anymore?

I cant get my headlight working ever since i went over backwards on a steep slope and broke a little piece of plastic in the switch on my head.

I got a K&S TRX type switch. It is the same but has a starter switch.

The original is a 5 prong, this one has 1 6 prong plug and 1 3 prong plug.

I am confused on where to put all the wires. I have all but two in the 5 prong in place, the white with yellow stripe and the pinkish wires.

I would recommend studying a wiring diagram.

my clymer has some but the wires in ? are not there.

I see the problem. My only other suggestion is, if you have a volt-ohm meter and trace out each wire. Without physically looking at it I'm not sure what else to say.

Any one know what them wires are for??
