I looked at a carb off an 86 or 87 TRX250R (a friends) and notice that his choke pull goes completley down the the rubber and you can see no brass. On mine a little bit of brass is still visible and it seems like the choke is off at idle but when I give it gas it seems like the choke is on at first... Is this my problem wit ha hesitation my choke is on slightly?

The idle speed is adjusted by screwing the choke knob out (up) to raise the idle. Yours is just like mine probly, screw out about 3 turns or so.

feel the micro clicks when you turn the choke knob.

I can only feel one click. I'll look at it again. My idle is set pretty well.
