I just got my Sidewinder sprockets and o-ring chains. The chain is wider and closer to the case when istalled. Im worried about hitting the case. One side of the counter shaft sprocket is flat and the other side is raised. Would I have any problem if I reversed the counter sprocket so the raised side is towards the engine for more clearance?

I run mine with the raised surface towards the case for the same reason on most aftermarket sprockets. You want the sprocket to sit flush with the shaft on the outside so it doesn't walk back and forth once its tightened.
