250 sx fender swap

I put a 200x front end on me sx....I used the 250sx triple...can I use a 350x fender...also will a 250r headlight work....

I have a 250R fender on mine with 200x front. Pretty sure headlight would work as well.

I bought it already modded but im pretty sure that Its a 200x Tree and forks with 350x light and 250R front fender.

I run a 250R front fender and a 350X hdlt on a 85 200X front end on my 87 250SX.

Only mods are steering stops...................

Yes it is.. My son and his friend had a blast on the Oddy yesterday after school.. Of course i had to get on it too and couldnt resist rippen some doughnuts, lol killed the front yard.. Those tires aint the best but they do tear it up.. Gonna put some nobbies on her next week, and im looking for a pipe for it..

If you use the SX tree's, and the 200x forks you'll have problems with the brakes.. Youll have to use the 200x brakes and wheel and the fork gap is too big. The wheel wont be centered cause you'll have to put it to one side for the caliper to get over the rotor..

If you use the SX wheel and the 200x forks you'll need to make a brake cable mount, and a stopper for the inner drum plate.


You can use any headlight you want its just wiring. As for the fender i dint think any fender will go on the SX, i think the bolt spacing is too wide but im not sure...

Other than the steering stops, does the X triple go right in the SX?
