Hey. I have a 1982 Honda 185s. It is fouling plugs like nobody's business. It's not oil fouled it is really sooty. Maybe choke stuck inside carb or ignition problem? Wondering if anyone had any advice. Also it just lost spark even with brand new plug. Had coil checked and was told continuity was fine. Not sure wehere to begin.:Bounce
