Big Red wont start

heh guys I was getting my 1984 200es big red ready for winter the other day by putting on my snow plow. One problem now it wont start. When I put it away it was perfect, now the neutral light wont come on when I believe its in neutral and the electric start wont work unless the light is on. Any Ideas would be helpful.

If it's anything like a 250sx or 250es,, check the two connections down under the motor by the left footpeg. (if i remember correctly) thats that neutral safty switch thingie... There should be a little metal plate covering the two connections. Sometimes a stick or rock gets up in there and knocks them loose.

check all other connections and make sure they're clean and rust free.
