85 250R milky oil....waterpump help

I think either my mechical seal or oil seal in my waterpump is leaking. I'm getting some milky tranny oil and a drop in my coolant (very slight after each ride). I looked up the following part numbers. I'm guessing I should go ahead and replace all 3 things while I'm in there. Any thoughts on this? Also, do I need to have special tools to replace the mechanical seal??? What have you guys used?

Seal, Mechanical 19217-657-023
Gasket 19229-HA2-000 x2
Oil Seal 91201-148-003

best to replace everything while it's opened up.Do it before you smoke the clutch
