Guy in oregon has a Tri-Z for 450.00, comes with parts to build another and extras on that. Its black with a red seat. Ive never dealt with anything but Honda, so help me out on a few things?

1) What should I ask about the machine, what problems do they have?
2) How available are parts?
3) Are these watercooled or air cooled?
4) He said the only reason he gave up is because the swing arm bolt is stuck.
5) How fast do these go?
6) What should compression be on the engine?

Thanks for any answers.

Where's it at? ha ha
what year is it 85 or 86?
Swing arm bolt stuck weird reason to get rid of it, since you can still ride it fine.
I can get most any part but you'll have to pay alot for some. ebay is my best friend when getting parts.

Well nevermind, he just called me back and wants 1,450.00... said he knows what its worth now =\

Thnak for the help anyways... god people are being jackasses nowadays. Did send me a few pics by e-mail, plastics were broken and whole back end was tweaked.
