Well since I am currently at a standstill with my project 350:( I decided to start working on project 250. Here's a list of what I've got so far to start with 86-frame a 2inch extended swingarm, seat, radiators, grab bar, and a brand-new rear shock but unfortunately it is missing the rubber bumper so I will have to find out where to get the bumpers and if I can put it on myself or will I have to let someone else do it. I was also lucky enough to find a brand-new 250r motor for a decent price. Stuff that I have ordered so far is a Bolt kit a bearing carrier which should be here at the end of the week. This project will be a slow one but it will get done eventually and I will keep you guys updated as I go along

what i like most about your builds is how you keep it clean. im a little bit of a neat freak when it comes to where i am going to be working on something especialy if it is something i want to turn out nice. your shop looks really nice like mine everything in a orderly manner. dont get me wrong i love the people who like me want to keep trikes alive but when i see pictures of them rebuilding an engine on a dirt floor or crap scattered all over i just wonder how can you work on a project in a place like that. it cost nothing to keep your work place clean and tidy and it helps the build process go faster and smother. nice work keep it up and i look forward to seeing the progress you make

Nice clean looking pieces to start with and a new motor too.

As for the working conditions, doesnt matter to me if its workbench, garage floor, kitchen table, mud bog, sand box or snow storm. I will make do with what I have. Just wish I had a clean setup like some of you guys.

Also does the bolt kit include every bolt? I believe the swing arm one isnt included but what else?

I too can only work in a clean enviroment. I can not stand a dirty bench or tools. It all must be neat and clean. Otherwise it is as if you have no pride in your work. All you are doing is fly by your seat repair, builds, etc. That's just me, not to ragg on anyone.

Now now...that is just the box for the toaster oven....

Nice progress. I can't wait to see it put together. Putting together a fresh rebuild is my favorite part. It all goes together nicely. Good Luck!

Sorry it took me so long to answer your questions. DarkestGKnight yes it is a NOS motor that has never been ran:naughty: . And Brockey as for the bolt kit the seller said the swingarm bolt and foot peg bolts are not include which is ok by me. And I am actually building these in my living room:lol: because I have no room in my garage as of right now but I will be taking care of that pretty soon. And I also want to thank everybody for all the compliments on my build I really do appreciate them

Well since parts on eBay are going so cheap I was able to get a couple things for my 250r. I am going to try to get the motor in tomorrow and get the swing arm on to. So here's a couple pictures of what I got on eBay so far. And I will keep you guys updated as I go along

Hay trust me I didn't see it coming either. But I still have my 350x and 200x to work on.. besides I still needed a lot of parts for the 250r to even be a roller
