Mine, not the nicest but still nice and here is pic. Since then I've got rid of the midwestriders stickers, added correct stickers to the tank, and changed to blue fork boots. It looks much, much better already. I'm working on getting a blue seat next. Powerdercoated frame, new tires, new plastic, new pipe, PRM grab bar and skid plate, all aluminum is polished, etc. Anyone want to buy that seat? It's really nice.

1985 Honda ATC 350X - Totally OEM Correct

This is a totally stock, totally OEM restoration. The purpose for this restoration was to duplicate exactly what you could buy at your local Honda dealership back in 1984.

Everything that was factory painted, frame, guards, handle bars, footpegs, swing arm, coil, grab bar, taillight frame have all been powdercoated. Note: The black coated items would normally be a semi gloss from the factory but I couldn't resist the flash of the high gloss.

Gas Tank professionally painted to perfection. No dents or waves anywhere on this tank. It was painted to a show finish shine by a custom body shop that only does high end vehicles.

All original (yes original to this bike) OEM plastic. The front fender does have its light scratches here and there, by no means is it, cracked or missing any pieces. The rear fender is fully intact, again light scratches here and there, no cracks or missing plastic. The rear fender garnish is perfectly in tact, no breaks, scratches or missing plastic.

Original OHTSU tires on Enkei rims. The front tire has approximately 75% tread left and the rear tires have 85-90% tread left. These tires are extremely hard to find, again, this set came on this bike and are in very good condition. The left rear rim does have a spot where something rubbed inside the rim. The scratch is about 2in. in diameter.

All original hardware, this bike had everything on it. Every bolt is original. Like I said, many things were just too nice to try to duplicate, after all they just didn't need restoring.

This very low hour trike was completly taken apart restored and put back together. I have hundreds of hours into this build. I am not a professional, I am an enthusiast with a passion. Many things on this trike did not need to be restored, therefore I left them for sympathetic reasons. I just can't bring myself to ride it in the dirt, its just too nice now.

Hey Edog, this guy in Costa Mesa is about 45 minutes from me here in San Diego, I might go check it out. Also, check out the pictures i just posted right before you sent your last message. It's an '85 350X here in San Diego, albeit not as nice as the one in Costa Mesa but I think I can get it for about 1,600.00 and the best part I like about it is it has a Bassani pipe. I've been loking for one of those for a long time!!

Well, make certain to look it over REAL good.

That whole arse end has been spraybombed with silver paint WHILE it was on the bike. If thats his type of quality work and or idea of a restoration; I can only imagine what else has been done to it.......

I love them actually..Would like to find a 10 paddle someday but as far as the 8's go,you just point it where u wanna go and hit the throttle :) getting it sideways is a bit tougher then with the V paddles but im use to it...

im running them on my x and love them. They dont take much power out of the engine and hooks up well. Id say they are one of the better paddles on the market for the 250r/350x

The tach setup is a one of a kind deal I came up with and spent many a hour with Swinehart putting together. Basically gutted a motorcycle dash and made a custum bracket to hold both the 350X Tach and the ATC Speedo inside it.

at least my excuse is that the main bike is 1300 miles away being built.

and it should be a pretty nice 350x when done.

so does my 86 200x but 6th gear down shifts suck done it almost went over the bars good thing the tires broke loose I love bald holeshots
