went for a long ride yesterday and decided i would like to try these wheel spacers

just wanted to hear what people think or if anyones tried them. part of me thinks they'll be weak and break but i can't see much differance in a solid block design, both types are putting torqe on the stud. my buddies spacers use these super long bolts and seem like a pain in the ass.

I wouldn't trust them, whats to stop them from flexing, alteast with the block, the wheels can't flex. What bike are you gonna use these on?? If its the 84 atc250r, you can gain 1.5" each side by swaping to 86/87 200x, 99-09 400ex, 04-09 450r hubs and 300ex hubs. I'd trust the hubs alot more than those spacers.

didn't know that about the hubs and didn't think about the flexing thats why I was asking opinions. thanks for the info on the hubs

yea the hubs make a big difference, also you can get some more offest rims like 8x8 with +5 offset that way you can gain a inch just from rims.

People that ride aggressive and or jump should not use them....

I made a set of 2" wide spacers in the form of a complete ring that is sandwiched between the rim and hub, those are the only type I'd trust.

I'm sure it would hurt bad if those spacer failed :D

i've been looking around at hubs from the 450R and found these.

this would gain about 3" per side.
