I am going to look at this roller tomorrow with most of the motor in a box,Missing bars, exhaust, shock and plastics are not good. Probably some other small items missing. What would some of you guys pay for this 85R project???
Remember things in pics look worse in person!!

One of the members on our local group had one like it for $200.00 I don't know if he sold it or not.

$200-$300.
If the forks are straight and rust-pit free, the axle straight and all splines seem tight, no obvious welds or cracks....etc.
I've paid more and started with less though.

$200-300 sounds like a fair price.

Well, I brought it home today for $250 with many extra parts incliding a big bore cylinder and FTZ ignition system. All the cases are junk but mostly in nice shape. I had posted a few weeks ago about another 85 basket case I brought home with a bad motor for $200 so now I have enough stuff to build another R. Going to be busy this winter:w00t:

No, It's just a regular faded stock tank. Started cleaning up some parts today so should have a roller in nice shape in a few days.
