ok so here goes .... I've got a modded out 85' 200s motor and frame and its almost done i jus need a couple more parts.

Motor mods include: 20 over wiseco 12:1 piston, 27mm carb w/ accelerator pump, czr muffler w/ full aluminum headpipe, HD Vesrah friction and steel plates and clutch springs.

Frame mods: extended 6" in the rear, stock steering stem removed and replaced w/ 84' 200x stem, rear axle and carrier from 81' 200 used.

ok so now what i'm missing or unsure about ... ive got the 200x forks on it now and was wondering if the headlight off a newer 200x, 250R or 350X will work. Same w/ the front brake assembly? Oher than that all i need is some 200, 250, or 350 rear hubs, get the frame powdercoated an put her back together.

Man, you should have modded a 200x frame. You would love rear suspension. Then all you would have really had to fab up was the rear brake pedal for the disc brakes. You can still keep your eyes open for the 200x frame and transfer everything over. That would be the way to roll and the 200s engine just bolts in. Best of luck.

i used the S frame just to be different ... i've got an X frame thats just chillen ready to be used for whatever .. A nasty X is cool but a nasty S is unique!
