yah took my 350 out today and wheelied my whole block, about a 1/4 mile or so..... it comes up in any gear just lean back. best wheelie bike ever! in 3rd gear it comes up real nice and then you can just shift up to 4th, 5th, 6. wish i had a camcorder to take a video

Easiest way for me is to just start goin through the gears and each gear you bang bring the front wheel up.

6th gear is a little harder to start a wheelie in, but it can be done with a little body motion. in 6th i usually put my left foot on the grab bar with my knee on the seat and my right foot on the peg over the rear brake. then i gas it and at the same time lean back and pull hard on the handle bars. it should come up even in 6th gear. never dump the clutch when you are trying to bring the front wheel up. a little body motion goes a long way. if that doesnt work for you then just start a wheelie in 1st then run through all the gears

yeah if i just stand up and try doing a wheelie it comes up but i want to sit down and just give it gas and it come up. my dads 250r is an 83 and 3 is it last gear with my brother on it and he is only 15 and a wheelie king.

all i can say is practice makes perfect. i couldnt wheelie worth crap a year ago and now if i had the space i could wheelie for over a mile. 350x's are a little easier to wheelie than 250r's because their powerband is more predictable

You have to start your wheelie in a lower gear. On the ice ,I can start in 1st and shift right on through the gears until I run out of power at the top of 6th.Or you can rev the p#ss out of with the clutch held in, in 6th and probably start one.

My personal favorite way to wheelie is this. Just be sitting on a running bike.All your friends are around. Pull the clutch in,pop into first gear,release the clutch with some throttle,that pops the front wheel up and off I go.gaining more speed and switching t higher gears.Until I hit 6th,then I just throttle and brake until I run outta room.

Or another tricky way is when I am doing donuts. come out of a slide and pull back.Let the bike grab some traction and off i go again into a wheelie.Hopefully I have some room to continue the wheelie and not too dizzy!! :lol:

Also anyone who puts their foot in the grabbar,is not doing a wheelie.Thats a sissy move!!!!!!!!:w00t:

Its pretty much all rider. I can ride high gear wheelies on about every bike I own. My cousin can ride 5th gear wheelies on a Mojave and a 300EX, I can't do it on either of those. Thats just leaning back, pulling up and gassing it in the highest gear. My 350X is stock other than a DG slip on and I can pull it up in 6th and ride just about as long as I want, I never use the clutch to pull the front end up on anything.

in 6th grear i stood up and gave it gas and it came up. bike isnt power full enough for my so im stoking it this winter when i get done with the cannondale. and then it should have all the power i need. right now its pretty mush stock got the cam and 425 and hmf. stock is the porting , carb air box.
